Information we collect
We may collect your name, business email, company information, account credentials, workspace configuration, team roles, project metadata, API and webhook settings, usage logs, support messages, billing records, and security audit events.
We collect only the information needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service. We do not request sensitive personal data for a free trial.
How we use information
We use information to create and administer accounts, activate SaaS access, provide browser workspaces and workflow automation, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, investigate errors, prevent abuse, maintain audit trails, and comply with legal and financial obligations.
Payments and processors
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another compliant payment provider. Web4 AI does not store full card numbers or bank credentials. Payment providers may process card, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, and compliance data according to their own privacy policies.
Checkout and billing pages are served over HTTPS, and subscription records are retained for accounting, tax, dispute, and compliance purposes.
Sharing and vendors
We share data only with vendors required for hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics, customer support, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell customer personal information.
Customer workspace content remains customer-controlled. We do not use customer private workflow data to train public AI models.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and satisfy legal obligations. Security controls include role-based access, audit logs, least-privilege operations, and encrypted transport.
