Service scope
Web4 AI provides enterprise SaaS access for AI browser workspaces, web workflow automation, team access controls, API and webhook integrations, usage analytics, audit logs, and onboarding support.
Features may change over time as long as the core service remains materially equivalent or improved.
Account activation and delivery
Free trial requests do not require a payment method and do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. Paid workspaces are usually activated within 1 business day after payment confirmation or internal review.
Delivery is digital. Access is provided through an account invitation, admin setup, or email instructions. No physical products are shipped.
Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
Customers must use Web4 AI only for lawful workflows on customer-owned or properly authorized web systems. You are responsible for obtaining permission, configuring roles, maintaining credentials, and supervising automated tasks.
Web4 AI must not be used for CAPTCHA bypass, anti-detection, ban evasion, unauthorized scraping, credential attacks, spam, mass account registration, rule circumvention, intellectual-property infringement, illegal content, or any prohibited or restricted business activity.
Billing, taxes, cancellation, and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan or written order. Prices, currencies, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before payment where applicable.
You may cancel renewal by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the refund policy or law requires otherwise.
Support, suspension, and changes
Support is provided by email. We may suspend or terminate access if usage presents security risk, violates these terms, creates payment risk, or breaches applicable law.
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated terms.
